well you know, buriat tea is rather unusual.
here's the recipe (but don't try this at home!!!)

first of all you need tea. not any crappy tea but special purifying power tea.
and yeah, you need a bucket of water for it.
put your bucket on fire and start preparing.
get together salt, flour, butter (don't forget the butter!), milk and maybe something else you like and wanna boil for a while. when the water starts boiling put the ingredients in one by one. stir carefully. smells nice, huh? then it's done! get your guests with their cups ready and serve!

it tastes ... peculiar.
